Because this was an emergency he took the time to follow up on my order and called to provide the status on numerous times. It was very critical for me to get a copy of my birth certificate ASAP as it was required for me to switch my license over to a new state and certain factors left me with two days to achieve this objective....Ultimately, I received my birth certificate next day....Of all my years this only the second time I have been pressed with the need to compliment someone that I was paying to do a service for me. If/When I am in San Francisco, I will make it a point to thank Brian personally as you don't know how much he helped me out of a jam.Ê
